Role Description

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end data engineering projects
• Collaborate closely with clients, data engineers, and business stakeholders
• Ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within scope

• Bring clarity and structure to complex technical environments

Project Management Skills:

• Proven experience in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Expertise in risk management and mitigation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage project budgets and track expenses.
• Proficiency in using project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).

Leadership and Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a related field (data science, computer engineering, business analytics) can be an advantage.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.
• Data Management certifications (CDMP) or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) can be beneficial.
