Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the delivery of profitable, high-quality, and professional technical services. This includes market development and executing initiatives to achieve financial targets set by management.
  • Hold full responsibility for the Service Center’s Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
  • Implement and maintain a customer satisfaction program to ensure CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) meets or exceeds company targets.
  • Track and manage all Service Center KPIs, including budget adherence, target achievement, CSI, productivity, and efficiency metrics.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of warranty claims.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of service facilities and maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
  • Supervise all service center operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with the parts department to ensure efficient parts availability and minimal delays.
  • Conduct regular meetings with service staff and team leaders to address operational issues and review daily Work-In-Progress (WIP).
  • Monitor product quality and communicate technical and market-related feedback to the technical department.
  • Foster a culture of motivation, collaboration, and high performance to consistently meet or exceed productivity targets.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives for service center staff.
  • Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and security standards across the work environment.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in aftersales operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong work ethic, discipline, and reliability.
  • Flexibility to work out of Cairo/Giza
