About the Role
The Events Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that each event is successful and meets the company’s standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all types of events (internal, external, corporate, and VIP).
- Develop detailed event plans including budgeting, logistics, venue selection, and vendor management.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure event objectives are met.
- Manage on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
- Oversee event branding, communications, and post-event reporting and feedback collection.
- Ensure all events comply with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Event Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event planning and execution.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
