Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Overview:

The Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for iVein Clinics. This role involves managing the scheduling of interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Process Coordination

  • Assist Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Maintain an updated applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.

2. Candidate Experience

  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.

3. Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare offer letters and employment documentation for selected candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain recruitment files, records, and reporting metrics.

4. Administrative Support

  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, medical examinations, and onboarding schedules.
  • Support HR projects related to talent acquisition and employer branding.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
