???? We're Hiring: Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Engineer

Are you passionate about planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment between demand and supply? Join our team at Kama Manufacturing as an S&OP Engineer and play a key role in improving our supply chain performance and production planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support monthly S&OP meetings and cycles.
Analyze historical sales data, forecasts, and market trends to support accurate demand planning.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, procurement, and finance teams to gather input for demand and supply plans.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service levels, and capacity utilization.
Identify gaps between demand and supply and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor inventory levels and suggest replenishment or reduction strategies.
Support scenario planning for capacity changes, demand surges, or supply chain disruptions.
Contribute to improving forecasting tools, ERP/MRP systems, and planning processes.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and support digital transformation initiatives.
 

Job Requirements

• Qualifications:
  Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  1–3 years of experience in supply chain planning or operations (S&OP experience preferred).
  Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain principles.
  Proficient in Excel and ERP/MRP systems (SAP ).
  Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments.
  Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
