We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager with a minimum of 7 years of proven success in marketing, preferably within the GCC region. The ideal candidate must have industry-specific experience in construction, fit-out, interior design, retail sales, and aluminum products, and will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans—both digital and offline—to strengthen the company’s brand positioning and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic
marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Lead the company’s digital marketing efforts including paid ads, social media, SEO, email campaigns, and website management.
Oversee offline marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, print materials, partnerships, and field promotions.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide campaign targeting.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, project management, design, and technical) to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
Position the company as a trusted and recognizable brand in the construction, interior design, fit out, and aluminum retail sectors.
Support sales teams through effective lead-generation campaigns and showroom/customer engagement strategies.
Generate regular marketing performance reports, track KPIs, and
provide insights for optimization.
Supervise and mentor the marketing team, ensuring creative output and timelines are met.
Manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI to ensure cost-effective spending.
Create and maintain high-quality marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 7 years in the GCC market.
Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies across multiple industries.
In-depth knowledge of construction, fit-out, interior design, retail sales, and aluminum products.
Strong expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, CRM platforms).
Fluent in English (Arabic language is a plus).
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results within deadlines.
