Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to generate long-term business.
Monitor customer performance using Flop & White Spots criteria; generate performance reports and insights.
Enhance ERP systems to improve integration across sales, marketing, and operations.
Collaborate with IT to implement system upgrades that boost efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor Slow-Moving and Obsolete (SLOBS) inventory; develop sales plans to optimize inventory turnover.
