Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions that leverage the company's CPaaS/SaaS offerings, including AI functionalities.
• Solution

• Design: Analyze customer needs and design appropriate solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing systems and workflows.
• Demonstrations & Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Develop and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs to showcase the value and capabilities of the solutions.
• Technical Documentation: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other documentation to support the sales process.

Qualifications

• Technical

• Proficiency: Strong understanding of SaaS and CPaaS architectures, APIs, and integration methods.
• AI Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of AI concepts and models, including various Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to interface effectively with C-level executives and technical decision-makers, presenting complex demos and conducting business-driven workshops.
• Experience: Extensive experience in crafting impactful use cases and customer journeys based on thorough business analysis and customer requirements.
