• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in trade marketing or sales within the household/FMCG sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel-wise trade marketing plans aligned with overall brand and sales strategy.
• Plan, execute, and track trade promotions and BTL activities.
• Ensure effective use and distribution of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).

Skills

• Strong commercial acumen with retail and shopper understanding.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
