Job Description

• Enforce and supervise the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) at project sites.
• Document inspection and verification procedures for ongoing and completed work.
• Develop and update project-specific quality plans in line with local and international standards.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to assess the quality of materials, construction methods, and workmanship.
• Ensure work compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality reports, identify non-compliance issues, and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely response and follow-up.
• Train and guide site teams and subcontractors on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date QA/QC documentation.
• Participate in evaluating and selecting suppliers/contractors based on quality performance.
• Address quality-related complaints with root cause analysis and preventive solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all phases of work.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance/control, specifically in building renovation and reconstruction.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.
