Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database management systems.
- Monitor database performance and implement tuning for optimization.
- Develop and enforce backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with development teams to support database-related needs in software projects.
- Implement database security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Conduct regular database audits to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Database Administrator.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in SQL and experience with multiple database systems like Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of backup/recovery and high availability solutions.
- Familiarity with database security policy enforcement.
- Proficient in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
