Responsibilities
- Cloud Security Strategy & Architecture: Define and implement cloud security strategies aligned with business and compliance needs.
- Design and enforce secure cloud architectures and best practices for GCP and multi-cloud environments.
- Security Operations & Incident Management: Oversee cloud security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
- Implement SIEM, CSPM, and workload protection solutions to mitigate security risks.
- Compliance, Risk, and Governance: Understand compliances and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, etc.).
- Expertise in risk assessments and drive remediation efforts for security gaps.
- Identity &
- ; Access Management (IAM): Implement strong IAM, PAM, and Zero Trust principles.
- Manage service accounts, workload identities, and access control mechanisms.
- DevSecOps & Security Automation: Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and automate security policy enforcement.
- Implement security testing for code ,application and vulnerability management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in information security, with a focus on cloud security.
- Strong understanding of cloud security architectures and controls across various cloud
- service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with risk management frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and experience managing security teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Certifications such as Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or similar credentials are a plus.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve in high-pressure situations.
