Doka Egypt is looking for is looking for a highly motivated Sales Support Assistant (Legal) reviewing and analyzing sales contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

- Review and analyze sales contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Provide legal support and advice to the sales team during contract negotiations.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in contracts and agreements.
- Assist in drafting and revising contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Maintain organized records of all reviewed and executed contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with the legal department to ensure alignment with
- company policies and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on relevant legal regulations and industry standards.
- Support the sales team with any other legal-related tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in contract review and legal support, preferably in a sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
