As a Project Manager at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders to drive project success. Your expertise in project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are crucial to our team's success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions and coordinated project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets that meet organizational standards.
- Manage resources effectively and oversee team performance to ensure project success.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout project delivery.
- Communicate and report project status to stakeholders consistently.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations in construction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
