About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our construction projects from design to delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
- Site Supervision: Supervise contractors, engineers, and teams on-site to guarantee quality and timely completion.
- Maintenance and Development: Oversee facility maintenance, office fit-outs, and infrastructure development.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Report project progress and risk assessments to senior leadership.
- Strategic Initiatives: Implement strategic initiatives to improve construction operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 15+ years in design, architecture, and construction.
- Certifications: PMP and other relevant construction certifications.
- Residency: Must be a local candidate (residing in Saudi Arabia).
- Communication Skills: Strong confidence and communication skills.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in handling Saudi residential and office development projects.
Nice to Have:
- Packaging or Industrial Experience: Experience in packaging or industrial construction environments.
- Familiarity with Modern Facility Management: Familiarity with modern facility management and office interior projects.
