• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive global timeline for the project
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software, considering factors such as equipment lead times, construction timelines, permitting, co-activity, commissioning activities…
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks that could impact the project timeline
• Identify and monitor critical path
• Propose solutions for timing optimization during the project realization
• Identify and resolve project roadblocks and bottlenecks, working closely with the project team to find solutions
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders on a regular basis, including providing recommendations for corrective actions
• Facilitate project meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
• Prepare and communicate 3-weeks look ahead schedule
• Make sure all HSE policies are strictly taken into consideration in the time schedule
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and lessons learned
• Provide guidance and support to project team members
• Ensure schedule reviews regularly with suppliers and contractors, challenge them, report and follow-up accordingly
• Develop specific time schedule for commissioning and start-up, including resource identification
• Coordinate with Operations for commissioning and start-up

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in project planning, specifically in the industrial or manufacturing sector
• Proficient in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
• Strong understanding of industrial processes, equipment, and construction methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully managing time schedule management on industrial projects from inception to completion
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their application in industrial settings
• Eager to learn and get hands on
• Computer skills:
• Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Project, Outlook, PowerPoint.

The position will be located in Nubaria, Egypt for the duration of the project.

Project Planner will work closely with project stakeholders, including Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement Team, Safety Team, Civil Works Consultant, Suppliers, Contractors… to understand scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Project Planner will be accountable for creating detailed project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities to keep project on track
