Purpose:
To achieve sales targets by identifying new potential projects, implementing them properly, utilizing our products and services, and offering value propositions to enhance customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Promote our value proposition to customers by understanding their needs and linking them to
- our products and services for a total solution and competitive advantage.
- Build long-term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction through executing the sales process.
- Seek out, qualify, and close new sales opportunities, focusing on new business growth.
- Stay updated on competitors' strategies, products, and services to differentiate us favorably.
- Meet targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
- Create high-quality estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis
- under direction.
- Negotiate with customers to close the sale under direction.
- Keep management informed of market changes and customer progress.
- Ensure ongoing sales processes and prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
- +5 years of experience in a front-line sales position.
- Experience in HVAC and VRF systems is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening.
- Understanding of customers' businesses and their language.
- Good technical or market expertise to build credibility.
