Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be managing a High Towers Mega Project in Makkah and Jeddah.

This role involves working closely with team members to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, establishing effective communication plans, and ensuring their proper execution.

To succeed, you should have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to manage progress and construction works.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submit project deliverables ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare status reports by analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
• Facilitate change requests, informing all parties of impacts on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Work directly with subcontractors, manage proposals, and advise on the best options to keep the project on schedule.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project performance to analyze the achievement of goals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by management.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to share with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 9 years of experience as a project engineer or project manager.
• Strong experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, and performance standards.
