Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is redefining entertainment and lifestyle experiences in the region, and we are seeking skilled Project Managers – Fit Out and External Works to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fit-out and external works projects through all phases, from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to develop and implement project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial performance is in line with established targets.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Support the procurement of materials and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring delivery schedules are met.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of work.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior project staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in fit-out and external works.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and project delivery methods.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction management tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
