• of experience in channel sales and distribution within the construction chemicals or industrial chemical sector in Saudi Arabia
• Strong network within the construction, infrastructure, and chemical distribution ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Design and implement channel sales strategies to meet revenue, margin, and market share objectives
• Identify, onboard, and nurture high-performing distributors and channel partners
• Monitor distributor KPIs and provide structured training, support, and performance incentives
• Conduct market intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
