• Assist in analysing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support productivity initiatives.
• Collect and analyze operational data, participate in process studies, and contribute to layout, workflow, and resource optimization.
• Provide technical support to project managers, ensuring process engineering tasks meet project goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party contractors while adhering to safety protocols and supporting maintenance and engineering projects.

Qualifications:  

• Open to Asian & Arabic nationals, Female, 30 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Industrial Engineer in paint manufacturing with knowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and basic industrial engineering principles
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD skills and strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities are a plus
