Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products.
• Follow up on

• leads, inquiries, and previous calls.
• Maintain a database of customer information using a CRM system.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales over the phone.
• Prepare regular reports on call activity and sales performance.
   

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or telesales (any industry).
• Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in handling a high volume of calls daily.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer tools.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
