BlackStone eIT is seeking a skilled and dynamic Quality Assurance Leader to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Leader, you will have the opportunity to drive quality initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for leading the quality assurance team, defining and implementing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the quality assurance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient testing of software products.
• Establish quality standards and best practices for software development and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Coordinate and oversee testing activities, including test planning, test execution, and defect management.
• Identify, track, and report on key quality metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test planning, test execution, and defect management.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium WebDriver or Cypress.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of QA engineers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
