We are creative agency specializing in high-quality video and photo coverage for events. We work with brands, individuals, and event planners to capture moments that matter — creatively and professionally.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead our productions from brief to delivery. This person will be the heartbeat of our operation, managing timelines, coordinating with freelancers, and making sure every project meets our standards.

Skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage video/photo event projects end-to-end

• Handle client communication, briefs, and expectations

• Build shoot schedules, call sheets, and delivery timelines

• Coordinate with outsourced videographers, photographers, and editors

• Maintain budgets and quality standards

• Resolve on-site or last-minute production issues

🔹 Requirements:

• 2+ years in project management (media/production preferred)

• Fluent in English & Arabic

• Highly organized with strong communication skills

• Familiar with Google Workspace, Notion, or similar tools

• UAE driving license is a bonus
