As an IT System Administrator at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operation of servers and systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems, applications, and hardware.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance of IT services.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for systems and applications.
- Implement and oversee data backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity
- and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
- Provide technical support for staff and troubleshoot IT-related issues across the organization.
- Ensure system security measures are in place, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and patch management.
- Assist in planning and implementing system migrations, upgrades, and expansions to meet organizational needs.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and guidelines for future reference.
