Job summary
JASARA PMC is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Closeout Manager to join our team. As a Closeout Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the closeout process of our projects, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed, documented, and properly transitioned to the client or stakeholders. Your role will involve coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to gather and compile all necessary documentation, conducting quality assurance on deliverables, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement closeout procedures and guidelines
- Coordinate with project teams to gather and review project documentation
- Conduct quality control checks on project deliverables
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and industry standards
- Compile and organize all necessary closeout documentation
- Verify completion of all project tasks and activities
- Manage the submission and approval process for closeout documents
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain necessary closeout documentation
- Resolve any outstanding issues or deficiencies identified during closeout
- Prepare and present closeout reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project closeout management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of project closeout processes and procedures
- Experience working in the construction or civil engineering industry
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
