Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Safety Manager to join our team in Rabigh. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety regulations and practices, with a proven ability to implement and monitor effective safety systems in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Lead investigations of accidents/incidents and ensure root causes are identified and addressed.
- Organize and deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
- Maintain up-to-date records of incidents, inspections, training, and safety documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and safety regulations.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and safety drills.
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and site personnel to promote a culture of safety.
Skills
Requirements:
- Saudi Nationality (Required)
- OSHA Certification (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in safety roles, preferably in industrial, construction, or oil & gas environments.
- Familiar with Saudi Aramco safety standards (preferred).
- Additional certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are an advantage.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools.
