Responsibilities

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that procured items are delivered on time and meet the specified quality standards.

Relationship Management: Maintain

Inventory Management: Manage inventory of IT resources and ensure they are updated as necessary.

Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure software and hardware needs are met.

Record Keeping: Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and invoices.

Market Research: Stay current with the latest IT trends and advancements to make informed purchasing decisions.

Issue Resolution: Handle any issues or problems that arise with orders or suppliers.

Compliance: Ensure

compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in IT procurement or a similar role.

Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus.
