الملخص الوظيفي

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations for card issuance, acquiring, wallets, and UPI-based transactions.
Interface with payment networks (VISA, Mastercard, RuPay, NPCI) to ensure seamless settlement, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
Drive automation, scalability, and efficiency across transaction processing and customer support workflows.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (RBI, PCI-DSS, ISO, etc.).

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in payments operations, digital banking, or fintech.
Proven exposure to card schemes (VISA, Mastercard, RuPay) and UPI ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with wallets, tokenization, APIs, and EMV transaction processing.
Strong understanding of settlement, reconciliation, chargeback cycles, and dispute management.
