Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver high-rise and residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in managing high-rise and residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and familiarity with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
