Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
• Work with venues, talent, vendors, sponsors, and government authorities.
• Prepare event proposals, budgets, timelines, and ensure cost control.
• Manage logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
• Oversee guest registration, ticketing, and VIP management.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, content

• , and media coverage.
• Ensure events comply with safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Maintain and grow relationships with industry contacts and influencers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of event management experience, preferably in Dubai or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's lifestyle and entertainment landscape.
• Excellent project

• management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Existing network of vendors, artists, promoters, and venues preferred.
