Job summary

To lead and manage all commercial aspects of projects and contracts, ensuring profitability, compliance with contractual obligations, risk mitigation, and alignment with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial team for project(s), ensuring all activities support the strategic and financial goals of the business.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with project and business objectives.
• Oversee contract management (pre- and post-award), including review, negotiation, risk assessment, and administration of contracts

• (FIDIC and other forms).
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters, including claims, variations, payments, and settlements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15-18 years of experience in commercial or contracts management roles within EPC or oil & gas industries.
• Strong background in handling large-scale projects, preferably with ADNOC or other NOCs/IOCs.
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC, EPC contract structures, and commercial risk management.
