Are you an experienced Cleaning Manager with a passion for high standards and team leadership? We're hiring for a fast-growing, premium short-term rental company in Dubai that manages a large portfolio of high-end holiday homes across the city.
As part of this dynamic team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the brand's 5-star standards across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support cleaning coordinators and staff
- Oversee daily operations across multiple short-term rental units
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Train staff on procedures, safety, and equipment use
- Manage schedules, assign tasks, and track supply inventory
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest services teams
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and health regulations
- Identify training needs and coach team members for improved performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within cleaning services or hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and techniques
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites/teams efficiently
- Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus
