Job summary

We are seeking a Collections Manager with proven experience in the real estate development sector, specifically in managing installment collections for off-plan and ready properties. This role requires a strategic, data-driven professional who can ensure timely payments, minimize default risk, and maintain strong compliance with legal and company policies.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience in collections, preferably within a real estate development environment.
Strong understanding of off-plan property sales, payment schedules, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience in using CRM and financial software for collection tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
