1-planning, directing and coordinating the design, construction, modification, maintenance of equipment and machines in industrial plants.
2-installing new production lines machines and utilities with scheduling all tasks needed to complete installation works without any delay.
3-Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure the availability of all materials (stock items and non-stock items) required reserved/ordered by concerned Disciplines/Sections to execute the major overhaul as per defined timelines and standards.
4-programming industrial production lines and machines using classic control and plc.
5-programming and tuning variable frequency drives and servo drives.
6-Working in IFS system which organize all maintenance and projects works
7- Creating technical reviews for projects and maintenance processes, providing them to the maintenance team in order to apply all needed tasks without problems.
8-performing corrective maintenance and setting preventive maintenance plans to all machines at the production lines.
9-following up and applying time based maintenance plans to the plant utilities.
10-installing and calibrating all types of process instrumentation and sensors.
11-Leading a team of professional technicians to fix electrical faults occurring in production lines to keep the production going ahead in all departments.
12- Check the requirements of work orders raised by operation, maintenance and schedule them as per the resources availability.
13- Monitoring electrical supplies located in the factory including (switchgear, transformers, ATS, MDP and generator.
14- Maintaining and installing light current systems Like (sound system, cameras, smoke detector and fire alarm system).
15-checking and installing earthling system of all equipment.
