alent Acquisition Executive / HR coordinator 

Experience: 6 month to 2 years

Salary: 1500 aed to 2000 aed 

Remote: work from home 

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and on boarding

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws

• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance

• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication

• Ensure timely completion of performance reviews and assist in career development planning

• Liaise with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning

• Communicate with clients position requirement fully fill the client requirement 

Language: Fluent in English , Hindu ( Malayalam added advantage)
