Job summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MCC (Maintenance Control Center) Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective coordination of maintenance activities, monitoring operational performance, and providing technical support to ensure optimal service reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar MCC or technical support role
• Must have MCC Certification
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage real-time aircraft/facility systems operations
• Coordinate corrective actions in response to maintenance issues or faults
• Support line maintenance teams with technical troubleshooting and guidance
• Maintain accurate records of operational disruptions and maintenance activities
