Participate in cross-functional meetings to align product specifications with business objectives and market trends.
Conduct regular audits of product specifications to ensure ongoing compliance with local and international standards.
Analyze customer and project requirements to tailor specifications for unique applications or environments.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of raw materials and suppliers based on technical criteria.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in a specifications engineering or technical documentation role, preferably within the paints, coatings, or chemicals industry.
Strong understanding of technical standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Proven ability to interpret and develop detailed technical documents and specifications.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with quality assurance processes and compliance audits.
Proficiency in technical writing and documentation tools.
