الملخص الوظيفي

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our colleagues and business objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and informative training content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education, Communications, Human Resources).
At least 3 years of experience in a learning and development role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
