Role Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and multi-talented Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, brand building, and digital engagement. The successful candidate will conceptualize, produce, and manage engaging multimedia content that strengthens Kaizen’s digital presence across social media, property portals, and internal brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

• Capture and produce high-quality photography and videography of Kaizen’s properties, corporate events, and brand campaigns.
• Film and edit engaging podcast episodes and branded video content to support thought leadership and brand storytelling.
• Design visually compelling content tailored for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube

• Support content scripting, storyboarding, and post-production while maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice.

Social Media & Platform Management

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across all Kaizen social media channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and refine strategies to grow audience reach and improve content effectiveness.
• Stay ahead of digital and social trends, contributing fresh and creative ideas to elevate our brand presence.

Property Portal Management

• Manage and optimize listings on property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Ensure all listings are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with Kaizen’s brand standards and messaging.

Event Support & Vendor Coordination

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support the execution of internal events, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Assist with event logistics, content capture, and post-event promotions.

Brand & Portfolio Audits

• Conduct quarterly audits across the Kaizen portfolio to assess branding consistency and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, audio recording equipment, lighting, and podcast tools.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices.
• Familiarity with property portal platforms is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team environment.
