The Civil Engineer position at our esteemed construction company in Dubai requires a highly skilled professional with a valid DXB Society Engineering Card and a practice certificate Grad: G+1.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various building contracting activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop construction plans and specifications for building projects.
2. Manage and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
3. Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and quality of work.
4. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
5. Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, budget, and timelines to management.
6. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
7. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
8. Evaluate and recommend materials and methods for construction projects.
9. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to enhance project outcomes.
