Job Description

• Prepare a time schedule on primavera to be approved by consultant.
• Prepare a weekly report for updated time schedule according to site progress.
• Conduct time claims and recovery plans if needed.
• Responsible for creating, monitoring, and updating projects’ schedules.
• Support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs for projects with the oversight and support of a Project Manager.
• Develop and implement project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for integrated resource-loaded schedule in Primavera.
• Work closely with Project Manager to create a comprehensive action plan concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects.
• Monitors project timelines and deadlines and ensures completion of reporting, statistics, logs, and task narratives.
• Identifies and reports potential project schedule delays and facilitates intervention in a timely manner.
• Perform various duties such as scheduling and risk management with a high level of communication.

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as Planner in construction works.
• Certified study of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
