Job summary

Responsible for full-cycle cost accounting of overseas decoration projects, including cost estimation and dynamic tracking of materials, labor, equipment, transportation, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Engineering Cost or related majors
• More than 8 years of experience in cost accounting in the decoration engineering/construction industry
• English proficiency as a working language

Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets, final accounts and cost analysis reports
• Participate in overseas project bidding and quotation, contract clause review and business negotiations
• Monitor the implementation of project costs, identify potential risks and formulate response measures

Skills

• Clear logical thinking, high data sensitivity, and strong pressure resistance
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills

Desired requirements

• Having experience in overseas housing construction projects
• Familiar with local market prices of building materials, labor costs and supply chain resources
