Job Description

• Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students in accordance with the academy’s curriculum and standards.
• Assess students

• ’ language proficiency and tailor instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities that promote language acquisition and communication skills.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress through assignments, assessments, and feedback sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help

• students overcome language barriers and achieve their learning objectives.
• Incorporate technology and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.
• Participate in professional development sessions and stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Cambridge CELTA
• High proficiency in English (CEFR C2 level)
• Minimum 1 year post-CELTA experience
• Teaching Adults General English (300+ hours)
