Job Description
We are looking for proactive and communicative Sales Assistants / Sales Executives to join our team.
You will be responsible for handling and following
up on high-quality customer leads, maintaining client relationships, and driving order conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.
- Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in quotations, samples, orders, and shipment coordination.
- Update and maintain client records and communication logs.
Requirements
- Diploma or above, any major.
- Able to use English as a working language; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Good communication and learning skills
