Intenso English is an intensive, high-accountability speaking program for career-driven professionals who are tired of traditional courses and want real fluency.
Our students are Egyptian professionals who understand English — but struggle to speak confidently. Many have tried multiple courses or self-studied without real results. What they need now is structure, support, accountability, and coaching — to transform their English, careers, and confidence.

- Who We’re Looking For We’re hiring motivated English coaches who care deeply about students' growth — not just teachers, but mentors, motivators, and accountability partners.
You’re a fit if you:
- Have 1 or more years of experience teaching intermediate (B1/B2) adult learners in language centers
- Are fluent in English (C1+, clear, natural accent) with a TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certificate.
- Have strong communication and leadership skills
- Are confident leading dynamic, speaking-focused classes
- Believe in coaching, feedback, and mentoring
- Have a reliable tech setup and a quiet, professional environment
- Can attend monthly community meetups in Cairo

Compensation & Growth Path:
- First Month (Probation): 100 EGP/hour
- After 1 Month: 150 EGP/hour
- After 3 Months: → 10,000 EGP/month (base salary, tied to clear KPIs) → Plus 200 EGP/hour for extra coaching calls
