We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, your role will be to identify potential clients, reach out to them through cold calls/emails/social channels, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact in the sales process and play a key role in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify
leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Conduct research to identify potential customers and understand their needs
Initiate conversations and pitch the value of our product/service
Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach and qualified leads
Job Requirements
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Confidence in cold calling and starting conversations with new people
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Experience using CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn and gro
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in B2B SaaS or tech/startup environment
Fluent in English and Arabic is a must
Understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification processes
