Job summary

We are hiring a B2B Account Manager (Oil & Lubricants) to own key industrial and commercial accounts and drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business (or equivalent experience).
0–2 years of B2B account management or technical sales in oil & lubricants, industrial chemicals, or

related.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts across industrial, automotive, and commercial segments.
Build account plans, set revenue/margin targets, and deliver quarterly forecasts.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of lubricants, base oils, additives, viscosity grades, and tribology fundamentals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with site visits and frequent travel as needed.
