• Greet and welcome guests to the showroom.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Fresh Graduate or 1 -2 proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is a plus, but not a necessity.
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid communication and customer handling skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Hands-on experience with office equipment is a plus.
