Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals and foster a high-performance culture.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base within the import sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales planning.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery processes.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the import or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a managerial capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Experience in managing client relationships and closing high-value deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
